Propane
DOck

Propane is
dangerous!

Following these simple
safety guidelines protects everyone:

Bottles should be transported upright and well secured
Bottles larger than 40# must be in an open, well-ventilated truck or trailer interior of the lights and bumpers Hitch mount cargo racks are not acceptable
Valves should be closed whenever a bottle is not in use
valves should not be cranked 'really' tightly, it causes damage
Always check for leaks after connecting the hose; smell and sound are good indicators but soapy water is best
Use caution when handling bottles, they are heavy and unwieldy
never stand between the dock and a vehicle in reverse
Obey all safety rules and signage at the dock
Follow the directions of dock personnel
If you need help handling a bottle, please ask, but remember that customers are responsible for unloading, loading and securing their bottle - we will not participate in dangerous or illegal loading, and we will not injure ourselves in order to assist you

Common Sizes

(But there are others too!)
None of the information stamped on a bottle actually says what size the bottle is - we use a chart that references the water capacity (WC) which is stamped on every bottle.
